Made from 100% pork esophagus, this is the long version of Michinoku Farm’s Piggy Galette. The pork esophagus is left uncut and dehydrated in its full-length shape, making each piece approximately three times longer than the brand’s regular Piggy Galette.

After drying, the texture becomes firm and crunchy—Michinoku Farm compares it to a hard-baked rice cracker—giving dogs a satisfying crunch while chewing.
