Welcome to TailsNo7.Pet. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TailsNo7.Pet.

TailsNo7.Pet operates this online store and website, including its related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. However, colors, sizes, shapes, textures, packaging, and product appearance may vary slightly from images due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing differences, natural product variation, or supplier updates.

Natural pet treats and chews may vary in size, color, shape, texture, odor, and weight. These natural differences are not considered defects.

Product descriptions, ingredients, measurements, packaging, availability, and prices may change without notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information before purchasing.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, restrict sales, or refuse an order at our discretion.

SECTION 3 — PET SAFETY

Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their pet’s size, age, health, chewing habits, dietary needs, and allergies.

Always supervise pets while they use toys, chews, treats, feeding products, or accessories. Remove and discard any product that becomes damaged, broken, too small, or presents a choking or ingestion risk.

Introduce new foods and treats gradually. Consult a veterinarian before changing your pet’s diet or giving a new product if your pet has allergies, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or a history of digestive sensitivity.

Product information provided through our Services is for general informational purposes only and is not veterinary or medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until payment has been processed and we confirm the order.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, modify, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, product availability, shipping restrictions, or suspected unauthorized resale.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been placed or processed.

If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided with the order.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 5 — PRICES, TAXES, AND BILLING

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include applicable sales tax or shipping charges. These amounts are calculated and displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all charges associated with your order.

Promotional offers may be governed by additional terms. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States.

Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package may be the customer’s responsibility.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final except when an item arrives damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, or when otherwise required by applicable law.

Pet food, treats, supplements, chews, opened products, used products, personalized items, gift cards, and clearance or final-sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Pet preference, allergies, incorrect size or color selection, natural product variation, and change of mind are not considered product defects.

SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and their content, including text, graphics, photographs, product images, designs, logos, videos, and branding, are owned by TailsNo7.Pet or used with permission from their respective owners.

You may use the Services only for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

The names, logos, designs, slogans, and branding of TailsNo7.Pet may not be used without our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 11 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

TailsNo7.Pet is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between the customer and TailsNo7.Pet.

Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by TailsNo7.Pet or for any injury, damage, loss, refund, fulfillment issue, or dispute arising from a purchase made through our store.

SECTION 12 — PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process certain information to operate, secure, and improve the Services. Information may also be shared with payment processors, shipping carriers, service providers, and other parties necessary to complete orders and operate our business.

Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, inventory, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order. If an order is canceled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TailsNo7.Pet and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or products purchased through the Services.

This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, replacement costs, or similar damages.

Our total liability relating to a specific purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a greater remedy is required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

SECTION 19 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TailsNo7.Pet, Shopify, and their respective owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from third-party claims arising from:

• Your violation of another person’s rights
